The industrial space—once home to the 1990s Tunnel Nightclub—was transformed into a stylish, contemporary living room, reflecting the cosy yet refined aesthetic at the heart of the collection. With mid-century furniture, exposed brick, and warm wood paneling, Kors’ vision of “dégagé chic” came to life in a space that felt both residential and elevated, the perfect backdrop for his laid-back yet luxurious designs.
Inspired by the calm sophistication that fills both our homes and the brand’s new Madison Avenue flagship, Kors’ Fall/Winter collection exuded an air of effortless chic. “Timeless, warm, modern, architectural yet sensual,” Kors said, capturing the essence of his vision. “I wanted the collection to exemplify cosy modernism and hands-in-the-pockets chic.” The result was a lineup that blurred the lines between comfort and couture, embodying a mood that felt just as at home on a downtown New York street as it would in an elegant living room.
Soft tailoring was key to the collection. Menswear-inspired coats and jackets, both structured and fluid, layered over pleated skirts and trousers, creating a silhouette that was as relaxed as it was polished.
